Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is in good condition, the buyer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days from the date of purchase.
For this right to be valid, the consumer must ensure the product is returned in its original condition. If the product is damaged or destroyed (through no fault of the customer), the consumer is still entitled to cancel the contract. If the product’s value is reduced due to unpacking or testing, the customer can still request a refund.
Returns will not be accepted if any of the following components are missing:
- Complete set of equipment
- Proof of purchase (receipt from Innovexa solutions private limited)
- Warranty card
- A report detailing the defect from the service department

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
